How long until I get my order?
- Standard (arrives in 5-10 business days)
Arrival times are dependent on item availability. Saturday deliveries in most areas. Shipping delays may occur due to COVID. Severe weather, natural disasters, and other conditions beyond our control can occasionally disrupt shipping services.
Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
Sure, orders may be sent to P.O. Boxes. Shipments to P.O. Boxes will be sent via UPS Ground.
How much will it cost to ship my order?
UPS Ground Flat Rate Shipping is $7.50 for domestic USA. AK and HI Flat Rate is $25. You will be emailed a tracking number. We do not offer international shipping.

Can you ship to an International P.O. Box?
Unfortunately, we don’t currently deliver to International P.O. Boxes.

Pick up online orders at the Bulls Team Shop for FREE, just select 'Store Pickup' on the Delivery Options page. We’ll send you email updates on your order status, and let you know when you can drop by to get your order.

Return Policy
Need to make a return? No worries, all the details are below. FYI, all refunds, or exchanges require a valid receipt or packing slip. And sorry, shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Merchandise that is unopened and in original condition can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Two Ways to Return:
In-person refunds
Take your receipt/packing slip and return it to the Bulls Team Shop.
Returns by mail
Email bullsteamshop@buffalo.edu to initiate your return. Please include a copy of your confirmation email or order details. If you don’t have this information, include a note with your name, email address, phone number, and order number.
Return shipping is at your expense. We’re not liable for lost or damaged packages. Please use a traceable, insured method of shipping when returning your item(s).
Hold on to your tracking information and shipping receipt until you get your refund.
